If you have an item you would like to rent, please call us (0120-190-009) or make a reservation through our website . Please feel free to contact us with any inquiries about products or event planning consultation.

ID is required when renting items.
(Driver's license, employee ID card, health insurance card, etc.)

Delivery of the item
Rental items will be handed over at an Airent store. If you are unable to visit the store, please use our delivery service. (fee-charging).

About rental fees and delivery fees
Rental fees are paid in advance. Please pay for the usage period when you receive the item. Payment upon return is not accepted.

Returning items
Please return it to the store where you used it on the expiration date of the rental period. If you wish to extend the usage period, please contact the store at least one day before the end of the rental period.
